In order to provide architectural services we collect information about you that is necessary to carry out professional services in accordance with the RIBA plan of work 2013 revision. We take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is secured and can only be accessed by Thomas Studio.

In the unlikely event that a dispute should arise, Thomas Studio Ltd requests you address your dispute in writing in the frist instance and that this is sent to the office by recorded delivery (you can find the contact address on this website page below). Thomas Studio will respond to the dispute: firstly; by acknowledging receipt within 7 days; and secondly; responding in detail to your dispute suggesting the best way for the dispute to be resolved. When aim to agree the appropriate method of handling disputes within 4 weeks.
